Pars Games player support
Help with our games, purchases, ads and privacy.
Tell us the game name, device model, operating system, game version and what happened. Remove personal information from screenshots. Do not send passwords, card details or advertising identifiers.
Progress and local saves
Game progress is stored on your device; there is no Pars Games account-based cloud recovery service. Contact us before deleting the game or resetting progress when investigating a save problem. Data deletion steps are explained in our shared privacy policy.
Purchases
Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play. For a missing item, include the game and product name and approximate purchase time. Where available, use Restore purchases with the same store account. Manage refunds and any subscriptions through the relevant store.
Ads and privacy
Rewarded videos need a connection and an available ad. For a missing reward, include the game name, selected bonus and approximate time. Where available, manage advertising choices in the game’s Settings or shop.
